So a person can try and list at each sight alone, spend countless hours, spend a bunch of $, or just get a RW Advisor, hit that E-Z button and get 4,000X the exposure they can ever get on there own. 

Honestly my advice is to develop as many relationships as you can best of luck -z

@Dustan Marshall so I’m just in the starting phases of this process to retire with my end already planned  just gotta get to it   I’m at like step C on a journey to Z   How did the transition go for you?   

Our sleeper sofa is a La-Z-Boy and it has held up just fine since we bought it.Either way, buy a USA made piece of furniture.

What happens if x, y, and z, what is the probability of each, and how would each be handled.

There are those that practiced more aggressively, and a whole bunch in between.To my point above, which has/is/and will be (until clear guidance is given) is that it's inappropriate for us tax professionals to draw a line in the sand say "this is how the law is written, it's clear" and because of this "x, y, & z types of properties or situations will not get the QBI". 

You got X level of quality for Y dollars on Z project.
