Best sites/programs to list rental property

Posted

I have been research on the best sites/programs in which I should post my listing to get the most views and attention. Most results provide the same sites such as Zillow Rental manager, Apartments.com, Avail.com, Etc. I am looking to see if anyone has any additional insight or options that they would like to share that worked for their properties.

Those are all good, I would also do Rentler.com and honestly Facebook Marketplace. That's where I get the most traction for my listings by far. You will have to weed out a lot of people that aren't qualified, but there are still great applicants there.
