People want to use it year round, they love resting the muscles after hiking (although I’m not personally a hot tub lover). 

Slot cutting will take a long time, so we are hoping that we can finish the foundation before the rainy season starts.

I ended up picking an hour time slot one evening, and told everyone who called to show up then.

What is my overall motivation is that I love real estate, am getting better and better at it and would love to eventually do this full time. 

We have a couple of RV slots in north central texas that we are thinking of repurposing from long term to short term.

I'm thinking I'm going to prequal and then have them select a time slot to view and try to do 2 viewings per week until filled.

Many investors with purchase or refi into the DSCR loans to "free up slots" with Fannie/Freddie loans so they can continue to get the benefit of low down payment properties when house hacking. 

He sounds like a young version of me: I own a rental RE business, work a traditional full-time W2, teach adjunct university on the side, do some of the rehab work on my new units myself, and still find slots for family (wife, adult kids, siblings, parents), dog, playing in a professional band, and other stuff.

I try to group say 4 or 5 tenants together for 1 time slot with the expectation of a bunch of no shows.

We plan on continuing to purchase properties in our individual names until we max out our available slots.
