I would love to get involved in this!

I want to get involved in multi-family weather I am an LP or GP. 

I would like to work with more private money lenders because the costs can be a little lower, when there is not as much overhead involved, such as their office space, HR person or department, payroll processing, etc.

As a licensed person you do not want to be involved in an equity skimming deal.

Letters involving, regarding, affecting people of non-legal profession should attach a translation to correspondence.

I'm involved in the program restoring some of these properties once they have gone through the process. 

Understand the fees involved and calculate the total cost for an entire year of management so you can compare the different managers.

My reasoning is because i realized that i want to do something, alongside my design degree, that involves building complexes (mostly commercial buildings) but im not sure with degree would be the best to do this.

There is $15 MILLION of equity there – meaning of course that the project is worth (apartments and surrounding land) $15 million more than what we owe to ALL banks and investors involved in the project.
