If you are looking to invest in the Tidewater region, the firm you would use is much different than the one you would use for NOVA investments. 

MoCo and NoVa are much harder to flip in.

NoVa is expensive - that money buys you an older 1500-2000 sq ft SFR with standard updates.

I'm from NOVA and recently moved back to the area and was looking for a property to purchase as my primary residence that I could later turn into a rental property.
