Our problem with the changes with VRBO for our place in Asheville, is that they block contact info for inquiring guests, so I can't check them out (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc) for some confidence who will be in the shortterm side of our duplex for a month minimum.

I looked on Costar for individuals who have done 1031 Exchanges, viewed alternative websites who act as either a brokerage and/or listing service, contacted my local networks, LinkedIn requested hedge fund managers, etc.
