Hello my fellow Agents.

Where do you go to find a potential SFR Portfolio buyer? I looked on Costar for individuals who have done 1031 Exchanges, viewed alternative websites who act as either a brokerage and/or listing service, contacted my local networks, LinkedIn requested hedge fund managers, etc. Now I am looking for more ideas to find a qualified buyer. What are your suggestions?
