Tenant thought it was the dishwasher.

When we got there the dishwasher was the first thing I checked. 

I also use and really like the digital guest guidebook you can create through Hostfully since you can embed videos for instructions on anything you want (ie how to use the hot tub, tvs, dishwasher, etc.)

When I was starting I went after small simple single family homes, with original footprints (no additions), 3 bed, 1.5+ bath, under 1,400 square feet w/ dishwashers (or you could put a dishwasher in), off street parking and some sort of storage.

Ours are low income units with no laundry or dishwasher, so suspect stupid long showers or unreported drips. 

No, tenants call all the time when things break, a toilet leaks, a dishwasher isn't working, the AC goes out, the list goes on and on.

Hey guysI came across a good deal for a house I would like to get as a rental property, and made my offer.After inspection, the report show some issues that can not be ignored plus some minor issues (faulty dishwasher, not working garage door, faulty exhaust fan, etc.).The house probably needs to get new roof, new AC, new furnace, attic pest and some plumbing leaks that need to be fixed.
