I was lucky enough to have been gifted used baby clothes from a friend and couldn't say "no" ;). 

My families entire business was centered upon fullfilling the food, housing, and clothing of the less fortunate members of society in the central valley of california. 

I am not...I like big Hotels like the Wynn/Encore in Las Vegas.I am also not seeing the AirBnb owners complaining about this (or any other Demographic) creating problems any different than anyone else--stolen wash cloths, broken mixer, etc...Also Oregon is doesn't seem like a very black populace place....Are black people now streaming there to go live in the "Back of the Woods".It's probably just AirBnB SJW posturing --look at how I am not a racist--kind of stuff...aimed at others who do the same kind of thing.And if you think an owner has discriminated against you (no matter what group you belong to)....Wouldn't you really want that to happen because by forcing them to take your money---you enrich the people who don't like you... at the end of your stay...they are richer and you are poorer...

But, I did have to pay about $1,000 per month toward student loans, had a $300 pre month car payment, plus paying for food and clothing.

We had decent clothes.

Scuff up the metal with emory cloth or sand paper.

The good news here is that the property, even though a little messy with clothes, suitcases, unmade beds etc. appears to have been well kept so showing it while occupied isn't hurting me.The only (minor) difficulty has been wanting to show the property now that the tenant has given notice.

My first Title Company meeting was great.The young lady made me and my partner feel at ease.That morning I had my clothes already out to look professional and my hair was in a wrap to match my dress.  

You can bring it home on your clothes to your family.

What I'd need to do is get my doctor to sign a letter saying she recommends I move, which would not be a problem considering I am living on my moms couch, dreading and fearing going back home just to get some more clothes or grab something else.
