That way as you browse deals you can start getting more and more comfortable with what a "good deal" looks like!

Might be worth some browsing north! 

Listen to podcasts, audiobooks and browse the forums to get an idea of options.Both passive or active are great options that are now available due to smart choices made and that in itself is a good step.

Browse the threads related to safe harbor to educate yourself.

I am open to invest outside this area depending on how much commute I might have to do at the property.I was browsing around and came across BP forums and suddenly knew that this might be my go to place for getting genuine information.

@Abdul King no I do not, unfortunately for me hiring in a haste made me sign a contract that was not in my best interest, I knew I was not going to stay with that company and I began browsing around, I would request the companies to send their contract to my email and I read before hand, it was then I realized the vast difference between them all as far as prices.

Usually this fixes most browsing problems.
