Vacation rental in NJ, PA, FL

Hello everyone,

I am currently a newbee in real estate market and looking for investment in vacation rentals. I currently reside in NJ and looking for vacation rentals around tri state area(NJ, PA, NY). I am open to invest outside this area depending on how much commute I might have to do at the property.

I was browsing around and came across BP forums and suddenly knew that this might be my go to place for getting genuine information. 

My budget is atmost 500-550 k. Any suggestions/other source of information/ location ideas are welcome.
