Hi BP community?

I have been reading a lot about real estate lately. I have always been a saver and lived frugal.Now I have about 50k saved and I want to make my money work for me. How do I start investing conservatively and which strategy will give me a good ROI with less risk as a newbie. Any suggestions and recommendations will be much appreciated. Thanks
