I hate to input everything on a free trial and then end up jumping around from software to software.

Just about every one of us has encountered our fair share of trials and tribulations.

To get the monthly fee cut in half, just cancel the membership after the intial $1 trial.

I usually come to town for testimony at the legislative session, but missed it this year due to too many jury trials.

We have a system at my company - it is call the 5 minute drill - our Negotiators are given a lead - the clock counts down from 5 minutes -They need to get all the information they need and make TRIAL OFFER - all in 5 minutes - if it goes more than 5 minutes - they are disqualified.The important information I need ----how much do you owe - and all other lienswhat's the conditionwhat are properties selling for in your areawhat kind of work is neededhow soon do you want to get to settlementmortgage current or in default - foreclosure pendingliving there or vacanthow soon do you want to settlehas it been listed - for how long - how much - why didn't it sellwhy are you sellinghow much do you wantWhat ever they say they want we are required to make a verbal TRIAL OFFER - an offer less than they are asking.if they say they are asking $100,000 - our trial offer may be $80,000Ding -Ding - time is up - were you successful getting what you want in 5 minutes?

Judge denies... says we now have to publish in the paper.. we do that cost a few grand and takes another 6 months to get an order of default into the judge Denied he wants to take it to Trial and give the seller their day in court.so now we are 18 months into it and 10k or so...

Do you have the trialing 12 or are you using the pro forma?

Most importantly, I have testified, either through deposition or trial, as an expert witness in these types of cases at least 30 plus times and I have been appointed unilaterally by Judges in at least  two different states to be the Forensic Accountant or Business Valuator in contested divorce cases or other civil matters    Please let me know if I can help as I am happy to assist.

I have some time till retirement and I have time for trial and error but I'm averaging a 24% ROI on my last two deals for the past 4 years without calculating appreciation.
