Big Win! Aldersgate Closing

Hey BP,

I had to share the big news of my team's closing on the Preserves at Aldersgate; the first project in the nation to adopt PACE financing. This mechanism pays 100% of costs through energy-saving upgrades. We are excited to use this mechanism that will ultimately yield several positive impacts that will directly benefit our future tenants. 

I appreciate how in the BP community we can share our trials as well as our successes. I've learned a lot from being on here and have enjoyed connecting with like-minded investors.
