With tax season upon us I wanted to hear your opinion on the best accounting software out there.Like many of you, I've been juggling various aspects of property management, from tracking expenses and managing leases to preparing for tax season.

I'm thinking it may be too late in the busy summer season to find and close on a property, so would it be to my advantage to wait until early next spring to purchase?

and now I'm building a 2/1 guest house in my backyard for the upcoming season!

Since we are in Maine and we are coming out of the winter season I've been spending time marketing and getting the property booked for the Spring/Summer.
