What they are saying (and will have to prove) is the satisfaction they issued and recorded was done on error and they did not receive their monies.

I am aware this may not be able to be proven unless it is a blatant error on their part, so I am ready to eat the cost of either a repair or another replacement dryer.I do realize it's not their fault that its hard to get replacement parts.  

I am new to the DFW area and I like to think of myself as a rookie investor.

I'll definitely make sure to be extra conservative, because I won't have a lot of room for error, given my current financial situation (not a lot of money to spend on contractors if needed).
