Hello fellow investors, my brother and I are looking to either join, or start, a bi-weekly mastermind meet up.  We're rookies looking to lock in our first SF long-term rental this coming spring.  I'm in the home remodeling business and the owner of Krogstad Remodeling, INC, and can bring value through the 9 years of construction and remodeling experience.
