It would feed out to all the other sites that prospective tenants will be using but you should get enough traffic from just using Zillow Group and maybe FB Marketplace.I tell all my clients that it's not worth it in the current market to bother with the MLS. 

Utilities, site upgrades, engineering?

I'm fairly new to the site and not an expert on this topic but I'm interested in reading through others replies.

I am a mortgage broker and out-of-state real estate agent, I had one agent on-site and a GC/PM on-site too.

Indy is actually a rather popular city for guests looking to staying at a STR.

In the Phoenix, AZ market Ceiling Fans are very popular and definitely increase the desirability of a property.

MLS - Realtracs and then that distributes it to Zillow, Trulia, and all the other big sites.
