However to your point, using them for only a a few loans in a policy that wasn’t designed properly, wouldn’t be worth it.Most of the people who downplay it online, don’t explain the full picture unfortunately.

Here is the bottom line in my opinion:There is enough info online where a new investor DO NOT need a coach.However, some do better and benefit having one.

My advice, don't take advice from people on an online forum (especially ones who give you an answer from chatGPT), go with the professional's opinion.
