You can find great deals on Wayfair and Overstock for little things like faucets and hood ranges, small touches that really add polish and aesthetics without breaking the bank. 

This is referred to as the "nail & mail" notice.

The house, 2 cars, and well, everything else that wasn't nailed down was repossessed or sold.

They pics are typically more polished and refined than the actual unit.

Back in 2009-2013, I was nailing well over 50% profit margins but that was unusual due to the Great Recession and my personal ability to capitalize on that situation.
