But I am a bit confused on the logistics of assigning the contract to another buyer.Once I assign the contract to another buyer, I don't receive and assignment fee until they actually close with the seller correct?

I have 15 years of logistics, warehouse and distribution experience including designing distribution centers.

Numbers look great, but not sure about the logistics.  

How would those logistics work - wouldn't I need multiple purchase contracts, loans title policies once the transaction is complete? 

The city is home to several Fortune 500 companies and has a diversified economy with industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics.

I think guests would love it if you can logistically pull it off, but also be sensitive if they do not celebrate Christmas.  

I do think some people appreciate human interaction but from a logistics standpoint is does not make sense most of the time. 

You mentioned moving to another country - if you have to contact someone from Thumbtack for repairs, how would the logistics of that work in emergency situations (overflowing kitchen sink, toilet, etc) if it's 2am in the morning where you are? 

I did really like TN, it's just a bit more logistically difficult in my case.
