With that being said, one of my first of many upcoming questions I have for agents is, how do real estate agents deal with multiple offers on a single property? 

Also, this property won't qualify for agency so local banks are the most likely financing partner, however they may view affordable housing properties slightly worse, since rent isn't free to be pegged to market value.Does anyone have more info on HAP and success stories to add value to a HAP property?

I do stress, however, that it is NOT for agents who aren't self-starters, experienced or 'entrepreneurial'-minded!

Give me a call, but my quick advice is to dial in exactly what type of property you are looking for (age, type, condition, location, price range), then find yourself a real estate agent in your area who works with investors. 

We actually get paid (out of the company profits) for agents who do well that we bring into the company!

Bias aside, there really is no replacement for agents regarding these things.
