Indy is also very nuanced, I see out of state and foreign investors buy the wrong properties and in the wrong areas and it frankly makes me sick what contractors do sometimes.

I recently heard of them and they seem to have a large pool of Foreign Investors and HML’s, simply request for their Company state ID for due diligence and if they are able to provide you with one, you are good to go.What terms did they offer to you?
