I got the message and decided to market test the idea: I threw up some stock photos of log cabins and then some scenic views of my country property and listed it on Airbnb.

Note the location of the brick fireplace barely seen on the edge, because the photo below is the other view of the 1st floor.

And this is across at least 3 or 4 different council districts, so I don't think its a single council person or neighborhood getting serious about construction jobs.I could be wrong, but my sense is code enforcement is viewing things differently than they have in the past.

It seems whenever anyone talks about the real estate market they always refer to the 2008/2009 financial crisis as if it should be viewed as the benchmark.

We've discussed how they'll access accounts with view only logins, etc so I feel pretty good about trusting them but I've never hired anyone that wasn't local.

You will not have any mountain views, you will not have much of anything other than a plot of semi-arid grassland with some tough vegetation.
