Good evening all,My rental unit has recently had little bugs in it, they’re harmless they aren’t cockroaches, they come from humidity in bathrooms and laundry rooms.

Washing machines (2) (lost the clutch & main pump <1yr old), fridges (2) one had 3 new boards installed until we gave up & sold it, stoves (control wiring faulty & one ceramic top cracked by itself) & dishwashers (entire pump mechanism failed < 1 yr old).

What he did was he went back to 2018 and added 75 for every month saying i had to pay 75 a month for late fee even though my rent has been paid on time every month since then and ive been chipping away at back balance with after paying the 2200 was 700.

There is also a fairly large laundry room in the basement currently (roughly 6'x16') that has two washers and dryers as well as a shower.
