Currently live in Columbia, SC and open to someone either local to South Carolina or a general tax advisor out of state I can work with remotely.I appreciate any feedback on any tax strategies and also recommendation on CPA firms or individuals to reach out to.  

In the 90's this happened in Southern part of Vancouver(Richmond), British Columbia.

Not really familiar with the market here, does anyone have any recommendations of good places to start for rentals/flips in the counties of Putnam, Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster. 

It should also be mentioned 12 states and the District of Columbia have been giving driver's licenses to illegal immigrants for years.

We had a Home on the Columbia River just next county south  Wahkiakum county and River front commands a high price and its only 60 minutes to Portland and 20 to Longview..

I'm going to Columbia (South America) later this year with some friends and we didn't even look at hotels.

@Sam Leon I'm not sure if this 100% answers your question, but many cities (especially near colleges) have an ordinance limiting the maximum number of unrelated persons.In Columbia, South Carolina that number is 3.

In my market (Columbia, SC), everyone is typically aware and able to get security deposit together via their parents or students loan.Trying to explain the insurance to them may be more trouble than it's worth.
