Security Deposit Insurance

Does anyone have experience with having tenants take out security deposit insurance as opposed to charging the tenant a months rent for deposit? I’m thinking about using it next year for my student rentals. If you have implemented this with your tenants what’s been your experience so far and would you recommend it? Thanks!
