I guess it depends on your appetite for risk.

Generally, the common types of debt available for MHPs are:Local & Regional Banks - You can find out which banks have an appetite for mobile home parks by asking the MH/RV brokers in your area, networking through other owners of parks in your area, or simply obtain list of the smaller banks in your area/region and call them to see if they have lent on parks in the past.

The deal was quite profitable and left me with an appetite to do more projects.

Thus when you make future purchases, you have the option to "suppress" against past purchases so you don't get the duplicates.

I know this doesn't help you much in this situation but I personally avoid working in any area that doesn't have an appetite for what I offer. 

In particular, I wonder if the ongoing increased supply of mid-rise housing will suppress demand for traditional multifamily rentals from duplexes to quadplexes.

I am just ramping up and am limiting my appetite to several deals a year
