I’m not saying prices are going to crash but there is going to be some pressure.With the stock market falling and people losing their jobs, this can cause people to tighten up their purse strings.

Oh, by the way, my first investment property was house-hack using a VA loan... right before the 2008 crash.

That's going to have a myriad of issues on tech, chips and for companies like Tesla, Oracle, Intel harder among others.As of right now, I do anticipate a crash when that happens.

I don't see a 2008 crash coming but things are definitely pulling back. 

And then we have all the 'market crash' opinion posts that don't help at all with how to win at investing.
