Can you wholesale a deal that is active with a real estate agent?

No but you could create an excel macro to do multiple properties at once - also the numbers that someone provides to me I take with a grain of salt anyways. 

In this case, you would draft an operating agreement that specifies each partner's role—your friend providing the cash and you handling the rehab and management—and that profits and ownership are split evenly.

For example,  providing a heating source for your tenant is your responsibility as the landlord. 

When you start, the company may give you a small existing portfolio, but then you'll have to maintain & grow it to make a decent living.You could also work as a leasing agent at an apartment complex.

An other advantage of paying with credit card may be that you will not have to send the provider a 1098 tax form (only an issue if the total yearly amount is over $800).

A platform that updates their data daily or weekly is covering a staggering cost in order to provide that to the end user.
