He was actually the former president of my local REIA and he really knows his stuff.Also, Jeffery Taylor's "The Landlord's Survival Guide: How to Successfully Manage Rental Property as a New or Part-Time Real Estate Investor" is a great read for newbies.As a former property manager, I picked up a lot of great tips from both of these guys.Best of luck!
