I think ozone will be your best treatment, however you may need to hire someone that has commercial grade ozone equipment.If I were to do it over again I would ozone, spray probiotic cleaners and let sit for several days.

I use Benjamin Moore's "contractor grade" UltraSpec 500, and the coverage is great.So you could say I'm pretty vanilla when it comes to interior paint colors.  :-)For ceilings, I use bright white ceiling paint; it makes the ceiling feel higher.

Id have to call the MLS to check the rules  but it could count as a bedroom as long as it has a closet and is above grade.

Can't figure out how to access the score card that is sometimes at the top of the page it lets you know how well your doing there is usually 5 or 6 folks that are graded for how they are doing with their posts ecetra..

A completely renovated house should be a different grade than a non renovated one, however all of my appraisals never differentiated, so no value was added.Shoreline protection, piers into bedrock, etc... are all good for the homeowner, but don't add any value.

It was a lot to consider at the time with my limited income .She knew it would be very grueling managing a full time demanding job ,a family ,and maintaining her grades in a very challenging major .we also knew if she couldn’t cut it or pass the dissertation we would still be on the hook for the school loans and not only would she flunk out but we’d go bankrupt paying that massive loan without the new higher income to back it up .
