how do you access the scorecard

Can't figure out how to access the score card that is sometimes at the top of the page it lets you know how well your doing there is usually 5 or 6 folks that are graded for how they are doing with their posts ecetra.. I know I see it occsionaly  and have been on it a few times once even the leader but I can't figure out how to find it again.

@J. Martin , your first 2 steps can be consolidated into simply clicking on the house icon on the left side of the blue navigation bar.
