Every time I called and talked to Kelly, the lady who I originally dealt with when I purchased the property, she would try to help and tell me I had to call someone else.

Bought the original land for $1,100 per acre.Auctioned it off for $3,000 per acre 5 years later.Bought at auction the new property at $7,000 per acre.12 years later subdivided and sold for $50,000 per acre.

In some states, a real estate license is required to originate private money business purpose loans.

I'm originally from San Francisco and when I started back in 2021, it was EXTREMELY hard to find cash flowing opportunities without having to put down an insane amount of capital as a down payment.
