Are they sitting on couches in front of the property during the day when they should be working?

@Shawn Couch I agree with the others on this thread that upfront fees other than an appraisal is a red flag.You can start a thread in the forum "ask about a real estate company" to see if anyone else has done business with them. 

Something like 80% of the people out there fail to perform after the seminar but that is because they fail to get up off the couch.

I've little to no experience, although I have a couch whose educating me, also I been reading alot about how the real estate market works.

And, I can invest on my couch in my pajamas.We will see if it works out...just trying to maximize and insulate the return on my personal capital and work within the current market conditions.

Both of those types can be more fit and healthy than someone sitting on the couch eating pork rinds and drinking a case of beer, and both kinds can look healthier while actually be unhealthier.Sorry Boss - No simple answers.
