More projects,  more PMs, eventually more back staff.

I want to thank the staff at BP for providing this wealth of knowledge to newbies such as myself.

Who is everyone using for their support staff i.e.

Many NY companies have repair crew on staff as the norm.

We are certainly not the biggest fish, but we have a full time salaried staff that markets, finds and negotiates deals.

I like the idea of shared employee, so I hire someone as weekend staff, they hve regular jobs but needs the extra boost for that bag she likes at the department store, this helps out an individual and is cheap, extra income is always good, they also tend to help and go out of their way for you.

He's currently making in the high 6 figures to low 7's per year but he works his ars off to do it as he operates the business by himself with the help of his on staff, adm asst's, office manager, small fulltime light maintenance crew and an array of licensed contractors who he's been keeping busy for years which makes the deal evermore appealing and enticing.It's an interesting way and place to park a chunk of dough because thre's really no collateral other than the long term signed leases which are certainly a value added.

The county staff will inspect unit and request you to fix anything that they feel it needs to be fixed before they approve it.

He is an owner in his firm and very easy to get along with him and his staff.
