Sometimes they will let you go on title if title is held in a TIC or you can own a fraction of a property using a TIC. 2.

That is thousands of dollars that if someone wanted to, could delegate to a virtual assistant for a fraction of the costs.

The idea is simple: instead of requiring tenants to front a hefty security deposit up front -- could be $2,500 around here -- they can essentially buy insurance and pay a small premium, one time, for a fraction of the cost.If they default or leave damage, you (property owner) are named as insurance beneficiary and collect damages up to the amount of the security deposit.

But in all three cases you are purchasing a fractional deeded interest in real estate yet remaining passive in your interests. 

There is no ceiling to what you can make in real estate with a fraction of the hassles of practicing medicine.

That may be high, but if they can pay even a fraction to you, maybe there's a niche to be filled.Who is calling you?

And there's still some fractional TIC NNN's with national credit tenants that are performing significantly better than that. 

Morgan hill as well although it remains slightly more expensive as it is closer to San Jose and jobs by a fraction.  

So I pro rated the original cost based on 28 months out of 60 and the fraction of the total in those two rooms.
