Carpet damage
I have tenants moving out in June and they have damaged the carpet in one of the bedrooms. It looks like there are spots where maybe bleach was spilled. I haven't had to deal with carpet damage and wanted to get advice on how I should handle?

Thanks, Ed. I have a 3000sf space where vinyl plank may be the way to go.
Jonie, have you looked into having the bleached spots dyed?
