I was a banker for many, many years before we started this company.

But any company that properly creates and maintains a liquidity sleeve like I described above, is going to be able to honor its commitments. 

But the other issues we've run into from lenders is 1) We're a Gc to where the company's income comes from selling our new construction builds - the bank *US BANK actually told us they couldn't count that income at all because they view the sale of homes as "inconsistent". 

I have my dwelling contractors liscense & company, so I can pull permits for work that needs to be done.

i know that might mean you don't get this specific card.I have found AmEx to be more flexible than other companies, if that helps. 

The pest company says for termites it will be 995 start fee and then 22 dollars a month.

Also if you want to connect there are a couple events coming up at my mortgage company.

I'm down to one company willing to insure my properties at reasonable rates.

Has anyone had any experience with this company?

Often times even where utilities are separate or in a single family there are utilities that are provided by the municipality rather than a private company.
