Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Mesa.
Purchase price: $85,000
Complete gutted single family home on double lot acroos from Buffalo Lake. Air BNB allowed. Will be turning into a 4 bedroom home with complete main floor living. Estimated time to complete 6 months. Needs electrical, plumping, windows, etc
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I have my dwelling contractors liscense & company, so I can pull permits for work that needs to be done. My husband is electrician and we have connections to trades. I have a background in interior design and have a real estate company. Purchased as a short sale for cash.

I am a Broker/Realtor. It was listed on the MLS and I had been following the history.

How did you add value to the deal?
Interior from mechanicals, windows, etc will be all new. Property is gutted to studs when we purchased.
What was the outcome?
Plan is to have it done in 6 months or less. I will resell the property. We will invest in another flip.
