TSP is a powder you add to water so if you wipe down drywall with it make sure the sponge is damp and not soaked then make sure everything is dry before you paint.

Most people won't do this but if you're really motivate and you have a big WHY, you would.The property is an 1hr and 30min from my parents house so I visit them on the weekend, and to get a better sleep.I didnt bring much stuff only the essential: air matress, a plastic drawer with clothes, my laptop, and I bought a mini fridge from OfferUp.

We have same basement in parents house,, we did just that.. and then coated surface of walls with waterproof type paint,, we insulated and installed drywall.. also better ventilation.. and install heat source we put in baseboard if it feels to damp we turn the heat on.if the walls are sound.. no level issue,, i'd not replace,, and drain tile and sump pump if excessive standing water..
