Termite Extermination Follow-up/Re-treat
I own a rental property in Warner Robins, Georgia; bought it about 12 months ago. As per the inspection report the property was treated for termites. Is it necessary to retreat every year, or would every two to three years be sufficient?

I would suggest keeping up with it yearly as termites can cause an extensive amount of damage and they are extremely bad down here.
Side note: if you don't mind me asking, how'd you end up with a rental in Warner Robins and showing you're in Canada?
