Lesson learned was getting a test it was cheap, feeling better knowing it was safe before we rented it out was better still.This happened prior to our closing on the deal, so slightly different situation.

The home is spacious enough to house 11 young college students; at a local growing private college. 

However if they do and they have an attorney, you very well might lose and learn some lessons from the opposing counsel or the JP or both.

I’m on the central coast and have one STR in a college town that grossed over $10,000 this month. 

So anyway , lesson learned. 

It's tough for me to answer on a learning curve question I went to high school for architecture and college for construction management and I've never personally flipped a house, although I know how to budget and schedule it.
