I recently arrived in the US from the UK and I was planning to do the same thing.

I couldn’t find a way to say immigration to the state without sounding like I meant immigrants from another country.

The guy is actually from the UK. 

It's primarily applicable to the UK, but this was the first book I read that sparked my interest in Real Estate.

Why is it that immigrants, with little language skills and no advantage of birthright, can come here and in short order own businesses, rentals, etc?
