Just got my Real Estate License... what's next?

Hello BP World,

I got my Real Estate license for my own investment purposes. My goal is to purchase of duplex, triplex, or quad. I see places on the MLS. However, I know there are more strategic ways for me to hunt for a deal. There are so many different people that does so many different things, I think I am getting overwhelmed with information that does not apply to my main goal.

Who should I be looking to connect with so I can locate potential deals?

What are some questions I should ask, or, what exactly should I tell this person so we can get the ball rolling?
