Protecting my wholesaler contract

Hi guys :-)


I’m just starting out in the world of real estate wholesaling and have a question.

As a UK based wholesaler, is there anything I can do to prevent a buyer from backdooring me since affidavits & memorandums of agreement need to be notarised?

Sadly not everyone has morals and integrity these days.
