After RentApp shut down I started using Buildium for my rental bookkeeping, which itself had all of the features of RentApp built in (but obviously you're paying a monthly subscription fee for the privilege of using said features).

My main objective is to do a quick first pass over different properties.I know of a couple of sources, but the data isn't easy to work through:Craigslist - search for a zipcode, with 0 mileszilpy.com - but they have a limited number of searchesI'd be willing to pay a subscription fee if the data is easy to consume and accurate enough.Thanks!

I would recommend Airdna if you’re using the paid subscription because it allows you to see the comps they are using.
