How to determine rent
I was wondering what others are using to determine rent for a given property. I know there are a lot of variables (bedrooms, sq feet, quality, etc.), so anything within a +/- $300 range would be good. My main objective is to do a quick first pass over different properties.
I know of a couple of sources, but the data isn't easy to work through:
- Craigslist - search for a zipcode, with 0 miles
- zilpy.com - but they have a limited number of searches
I'd be willing to pay a subscription fee if the data is easy to consume and accurate enough.
Thanks! :)
