I found that letters spark more curiosity and will result in a higher response rate vs postcards.

You can be as ugly as they come but if you have a positive attitude and confidence people will gravitate towards that spark of character and be willing to do business with you.

The street hasn't been developed YET, but I'm wondering if putting a brand new home in the area would spark the development of renovations for the surrounding homes on the street.Based on his wanting price for 20K (not including the assignment fee), the high homes comps, and the cost of building a new home there, would this be a bad deal to get into?

I also widens the wealth gap, which historically has always lead to social unrest sooner or later.

I have been looking at Capital One’s Spark business account because that is my personal bank.

My parents own and manage several of their own real estate properties and my grandparents served as Supers for 30 years for a 30+ unit building in NYC so I have vast family experience in real estate which has sparked my interest.As I'm sure many of you know, the NYC market is a very expensive market which has made it difficult for me to find financing to purchase.  

I'm also hoping that the hype from the nearby Superbowl will create a spark for the market in the area and make it easier to sell.
