I gave my sister directions around this area yesterday, even though it was the fastest way to the Cleveland Clinic.I don't know what your goal is with this one, but you will not find it very quick or easy to sell in this neighborhood if that is your intention.It is not an absolute no area though, it's just not for me.

The departments will lie later on and it will be your work against theirs unless in writing.Since this property is in city limits it only matters what that city requires and not other areas in your state or around the country.I have a sister in law that works at the college in Lowell, MA Not much parking there and the buildings are mostly from the 1700's and 1800's.

I went through the IRS docs and I looked up the IRS definitions of (spouse, ancestor, lineal descendant, and any spouse of a lineal descendant) and it does seem to allow a deal with the brother or sister of the IRA owner.
